Holiday Auction & Realty and Piedmont Auction & Realty Merge

With the motto:  “Better Together”, Matt Holiday, owner of Holiday Auction & Realty, and Deborah Ray Derrick, owner of Piedmont Auction & Realty, and their staff held the formal kick-off celebration Wednesday, January 4^th at the Commerce Club in Greenville, SC.

A Strategic Plan, including Vision, Mission , Values, Objectives, Strategies and Priorities were among the critical issues communicated among the group, which energized all attending.  A company Vision was created:  “To be the first choice for people buying and selling real estate”, as well as, a Mission Statement:  “To improve the quality of life and economic well-being for all stake holders”.

With the merger of the two companies, which will retain the name Holiday Auction & Realty, the company will further serve the community as it strengthens its staff and services with a total of nine REALTORS®, seven auctioneers and other administrative staff.
