Matthew Holiday, CAI, BAS, is the President of Holiday Auction & Realty, LLC. He currently serves as a member of the South Carolina Auctioneers Commission, having been appointed in 2011 by Governor Nikki Haley. He is a past President of the South Carolina Auctioneers Association. Matt is a licensed real estate broker in South Carolina and Georgia and a licensed auctioneer in South Carolina, Georgia and North Carolina.
Matt graduated from the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) at Indiana University and received the prestigious “Rose Award” upon completion of that designation. Matt was also part of the first groups of auctioneers to earn the Benefit Auctioneer Specialist (BAS) designation.
Holiday Auctions has won a national marketing award from the National Auctioneers Association (NAA). Matt is a member of the NAA, South Carolina Auctioneers Association, and the Michigan Auctioneers Association. Matt has previously served as an instructor for an auction school and auction workshops. Matt has been trained and has served as an expert witness for the court.
