Timeline

 EVENT TIMELINE. Carefully consider your schedule for the auction. A common mistake is starting the live auction too late into the event. Start the bidding while you have your full audience and the bidders are fully engaged and energized. We suggest that you always start the live auction before 9pm. End the silent auction
in a timely manner. Leaving the silent auction open too long will discourage bidders and diminish the excitement and urgency to bid. We assist our clients in developing the ideal timeline for their event.
